HOW TO APPLY
The first step is to become a 2018 Recognized Healthy Employer by taking the survey and meeting the standards for recognition. Any company can complete the survey during the entire year. The Awards application period is from January 1st until May 31st of each year. Please click here for information you will need to complete the online survey.
If you meet the requirements, you will be sent a recognition toolkit to include press releases, images for promotion, and ideas on how to promote within your organization.
There are many opportunities in Mississippi to learn more about improving your score.
The final step once your become a Recognized Healthy Employer is to complete your 2019 Healthiest Workplace Awards application. This application will be launched on January 1st, 2019. STATE EMPLOYEE WELLNESS PROGRAM - SEWP
State agencies who are under the purview of State Employee Wellness Program will be recognized from the internal process using the CDC Health Scorecard for the Recognized Healthy Employer and Healthiest Workplace Awards. ANNOUNCEMENT OF FINALISTS AND WINNERS
The 2018 Healthiest Workplace Awards finalists are announced and the winners will receive their awards at the annual luncheon on July 26th, 2018. Each winner and finalists will receive a plaque in recognition of their accomplishment and showcased in the Mississippi Business Journal's Special Issue Magazine.
