MAY is Physical fitness month

As we move from spring towards summer, people are getting more active outside and participating in yard work, recreations, and sporting activities. May is a good month to promote more physical activity, however you must also promote being ready to get more active. One way is to promote the Exercise is Medicine toolkit to encourage all people to have a conversation with their health provider about their health risks and being more active.
